Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 weeks depending on the frequency you selected during your initial purchase. If you want to modify, change the date of your next order, skip your next order, or cancel your subscription, log into your account (login). Once you’re logged in, click on ‘My Subscriptions’ and select the subscription you’d like to update.

You will need to log in to your account by clicking ‘login’ using the mobile menu (or the top right of your screen if you’re using a computer). You can also login here.
Once you’ve logged in, select ‘My Subscriptions’. If you have multiple subscriptions, click 'Manage Subscriptions', then choose which one you’d like to view or update.
If you do not have an account
If you don’t have an account yet, you will need to sign up for one in order to update your subscriptions. It is important that you use the same email address you used to purchase your subscription originally. If you use a different email, our system will not recognize you. You can create an account here.
Once you’ve logged in, select ‘My Subscriptions’. If you have multiple subscriptions, click 'Manage Subscriptions', then choose which one you’d like to view or update.
To make any changes to your subscription, log into your account (login) and select ‘My Subscriptions’. Pick the subscription you’d like to adjust and click ‘Manage Subscription’s. You can then:
1. Add product(s) for one-time purchase
2. Change product(s)
3. Change quantity
4. Change frequency
5. Change shipping date
6. Skip the next shipment
7. Cancel subscription
No. You can cancel your subscription free of charge. To cancel your subscription, log into your account (login), click ‘My Subscriptions’ and select the subscription you’d like to update. You’ll find the option to “Cancel subscription” at the bottom of the page.

Shipping for orders up to $99 is $6.99.
Orders over $99 ship for free.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other locations outside the contiguous U.S.
For deliveries outside the contiguous U.S., we charge the actual shipping cost of the carriers used.
We don’t have a formal gifting option at this time. However, you can set up a subscription for your friend using the recipient’s shipping address. Just make sure to use your own address and credit for billing purposes.
For all Subscribe & Save orders, your card will be charged when the order is processed. Please allow additional two to three working days to get your order packed.
Yes, you will receive a reminder email 3 days before your next subscription order is processed.
No, at this time you cannot apply a gift card to your subscription.
If you need any (or all) of your products before your next subscription order processes, log in to your Campfire Treats account and select ‘My Subscriptions’. When you go to ‘View your next order’, you have the options “Send now” and “Reschedule”. If you scroll to the bottom, you’ll also find additional treats and chews that you can to your subscription.
