We ship to all 48 contiguous states within the USA.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Likewise, we currently do not ship internationally. 

Orders above $75 ship for free.

Orders up to $75 are charged at a flat rate of $4.99.

We strive to ship orders within 24 hours after purchase. Orders received during weekends or holidays are typically shipped the next business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and are typically received within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

You will be sent an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Yes, “Subscribe & Save” is Campfire Treats’ subscription / auto-ship program which automatically gets you your dog’s favorite treats and chews at intervals that fit your dog’s appetite.

Save 5% on all your subscription orders.

Skip, update, or cancel at any time – no commitment or fees.

Your subscription orders will automatically get you the lowest price, should a product be on sale during the scheduled order time.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products. Likewise, we do not accept returns for purchases made via our retail partners.

Billing & Payment

Campfire Treats accepts payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay or credit/debit cards using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB or Diners Club.

Feeding

Yes, all of our treats and chews are made from a single-ingredient, consisting of only dehydrated poultry, meat or fish.

Yes, all of our treats and chews are grain-free and gluten-free.

Yes, we recommend that you always supervise your dog when giving any treats or chews.

Storage

All treats and chews sold via CampfireTreats.com have a minimum shelf life of 6 months.

Campfire Treats are best stored in a cool dry place such as a kitchen cabinet or pantry.

Avoid storing Campfire Treats in humid areas such as bathrooms, nearby washing machines/dryers or in your refrigerator.

No, refrigerators have a humid environment. This will re-hydrate the treats or chews, and they will turn bad within a short period of time.

Yes, Campfire Teats can be stored in a freezer. Once taken out of the freezer, the treats or chews should be used in the same day.

Military & Veterans

Yes, we offer a 15% lifetime discount for U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard personnel and veterans.

Gift Cards

You can purchase gift cards online via our website. All gift cards can only be redeemed at CampfireTreats.com. Please note that gift cards cannot be used for “Subscribe & Save” orders. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Yes, you can. Simply return to the product page, fill in the form and add to cart for each unique gift card.

No, you will only be charged the amount allocated to the gift card.

Yes, you can purchase a $10, $25, $50 or $100 value gift card. You can purchase multiple gift cards in one transaction if you’d like the value to be higher. See above for more information.

Unfortunately, the value of the gift card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.

Simply print the gift card once you have received it via email.

No, unfortunately at this time we don’t offer this service. Gift cards will be sent as soon as the order is successfully placed.

Once the payment is made, a gift card purchase cannot be cancelled.

Gift cards are non-refundable. However, please contact hello@CampfireTreats.com if you have any questions.

You will receive an email which contains the Campfire Treats gift card, along with information such as the gift card value, the voucher code and information on how to redeem the gift card.

The gift card will be sent to you as soon as the purchase has been made.

The Campfire Treats gift card can only be used for online purchase at CampfireTreats.com. The gift card cannot be used for in store purchases with our retailers.

Campfire Treats gift cards bought online expire 1 year from the date of delivery.

Yes, Campfire Treats gift cards are a form of payment and are applied after a discount code has been applied to the shopping cart.

Step 3: Enter the voucher code from your gift card email at checkout.

Please note that gift cards cannot be used for “Subscribe & Save” orders.

No, the total value of the gift card will be used for your order.

For example, if the total order is $30, and you have a $25 gift card, you will be asked to pay the additional $5.

If your order is $20, and you have a$25 gift card, you will use $20 of the total value and $5 will remain to be used on your next online order.

We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the Campfire Treats gift card via email. However, there is still a chance that the email will be treated as spam, or the recipient will not notice it in their inbox. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to an inbox, the recipient’s email options will need to be modified so that our emails are not marked as spam.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Campfire Treats gift card, contact Customer Service at hello@CampfireTreats.com immediately. Campfire Treats gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase. Campfire Treats gift cards have cash value, and should be safeguarded accordingly.

Campfire Treats will not be liable for redeemed Campfire Treats gift cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your Campfire Treats gift card number online.

We will only send the Campfire Treats gift card to the recipient stated upon purchase. You will need to safeguard your Campfire Treats gift card as it has a cash value. The value of the Campfire Treats gift card is tied to the card number. Once the Campfire Treats gift card is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the card. If someone makes a copy of your Campfire Treats gift card and redeems the full amount, your Campfire Treats gift card will have no value.

All of our treats and chews are made in Rocklin, California, using only premium quality, USDA certified poultry, meat or wild-caught fish. All ingredients are exclusively sourced from U.S. farms and fisheries.
