Immediately after purchase, your gift card will be emailed to you. You can either print the gift card, or send it to the gift recipient via email.

Are there any fees associated with Campfire Treats gift cards?

No, you will only be charged the amount allocated to the gift card.

Can I purchase multiple gift cards in one transaction?

Yes, you can. Simply return to the product page, fill in the form and add to cart for each unique gift card.

Can I choose the value of a gift card I want to purchase?

Yes, you can purchase a $25, $50 or $100, $125 value gift card. You can purchase multiple gift cards in one transaction if you’d like the value to be higher. See above for more information.

Can I change the value of the gift card after I have paid for it?

Unfortunately, the value of the gift card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.

I want a printed gift card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?

Simply print the gift card once you have received it via email.

Can I schedule the delivery date of the Campfire Treats gift card?

No, unfortunately at this time we don’t offer this service. Gift cards will be sent as soon as the order is successfully placed.

How do I cancel the purchase of a Campfire Treats gift card?

Once the payment is made, a gift card purchase cannot be cancelled.

How will returns be handled?

Gift cards are non-refundable. However, please contact hello@CampfireTreats.com if you have any questions.

What exactly do I receive when I'm buying a Campfire Treats gift card?

You will receive an email which contains the Campfire Treats gift card, along with information such as the gift card value, the voucher code and information on how to redeem the gift card.

When will the gift card I purchase online be sent to me?

The gift card will be sent to you as soon as the purchase has been made.

Where can the Campfire Treats gift card be used?

The Campfire Treats gift card can only be used for online purchase at CampfireTreats.com. The gift card cannot be used for in store purchases with our retailers.

When do Campfire Treats gift cards expire?

Campfire Treats gift cards bought online expire 1 year from the date of delivery.

Can Campfire Treats gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, Campfire Treats gift cards are a form of payment and are applied after a discount code has been applied to the shopping cart.

How can I redeem a Campfire Treats gift card online?

Step 1: Have your e-gift card email ready, with your voucher code.

Step 2: Add your products to cart at CampfireTreats.com.

Step 3: Enter the voucher code from your gift card email at checkout.

Please note that gift cards cannot be used for “Subscribe & Save” orders.

Can I make partial redemptions?

No, the total value of the gift card will be used for your order.

For example, if the total order is $30, and you have a $25 gift card, you will be asked to pay the additional $5.

If your order is $20, and you have a$25 gift card, you will use $20 of the total value and $5 will remain to be used on your next online order.

How do you prevent the email from getting lost as spam?

We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the Campfire Treats gift card via email. However, there is still a chance that the email will be treated as spam, or the recipient will not notice it in their inbox. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to an inbox, the recipient’s email options will need to be modified so that our emails are not marked as spam.

What if I lose the Campfire Treats gift card?

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Campfire Treats gift card, contact Customer Service at hello@CampfireTreats.com immediately. Campfire Treats gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase. Campfire Treats gift cards have cash value, and should be safeguarded accordingly.

Campfire Treats will not be liable for redeemed Campfire Treats gift cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your Campfire Treats gift card number online.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed Campfire Treats gift card and uses it without my authorization?

We will only send the Campfire Treats gift card to the recipient stated upon purchase. You will need to safeguard your Campfire Treats gift card as it has a cash value. The value of the Campfire Treats gift card is tied to the card number. Once the Campfire Treats gift card is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the card. If someone makes a copy of your Campfire Treats gift card and redeems the full amount, your Campfire Treats gift card will have no value.
