Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Depending on your location, orders are typically received between 2-5 business days after shipping. We will send you an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?
Please send us an email at hello@CampfireTreats.com to let us know the issue or problem. We highly value our customer’s feedback, and are committed to delivering an exceptional product every time. Next, please send your products back in resellable condition (unopened and unused) within 30 days of the order date. We will be happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit (postage not included).
NB: Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them.
What about if the product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we're happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
How to return products
Please email us to let us know the reason for the return, then print out a copy of your email and send it back to us with your products. Returns will not be accepted unless you have sent us an email first. This policy helps us help you, and all of our customers in the future.
