Shipping policy

We ship to physical addresses and USPS mailboxes in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship internationally.

We strive to ship all orders within two business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are typically shipped within the next two business days. Orders ship via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Depending on your contact preferences, we’ll send you an email and/or text with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Within the contiguous U.S.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other locations outside the contiguous U.S.

For deliveries outside the contiguous U.S., we charge the actual shipping cost of the carrier used.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows a delivery problem or a package you never received, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right with a replacement or refund. Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility for it passes to you, so we recommend using a secure delivery address.
